9月20日，国际教育中心首次心理节活动在欢声笑语中顺利进行。学校心理社社长Avianna、副社长Karina和学术顾问Richard等国际教育中心学子，展现出出色的组织能力和领导才华，他们全程自主策划和组织整个活动，为国际部高一新生同学带来了一场精彩绝伦的心理学之旅。

NO.1

解压站

为了帮助全校同学缓解学习紧张的情绪，心理节活动中，学生们特别组织了解压站。在这里，同学们可以通过放松身心的方式，释放压力、减轻焦虑。无论是交换心情小纸条、扔沙*还是拳击游戏，都能在短暂的停留中找到内心平静，更好地面对学习与生活的挑战。

NO.2

兴趣岛

为了帮助高一学弟学妹们更好地了解心理学知识，国际部为他们安排了霍兰德兴趣岛探索之旅。通过测试和讲解，学生们可以全面了解自己的个性特征和适合的职业方向，为未来规划提供有力支持。这一环节不仅唤起了学生们的兴趣，更激发了他们对心理学的探索欲望。

IE杀---辩论赛

心理学I人和E人的辩论是心理节的一大亮点。在这个环节中，国际部的同学们分成小组，并通过辩论的方式表达自己对于心理学中I人和E人的不同观点，并且在辩论的过程中成功找出伪装性格的同学，最终获得胜利。这不仅使同学们更好地认识自己，锻炼了他们的表达能力，还促进了大家对心理学的深入思考和讨论。

First of all, as Vice President of the Psychology Club and a Grade 11 student, it is an honor to have this opportunity to plan CIS's first monthly event of the semester. I was given the task of planning this psychological event on the last day of the last semester to welcome new high school students. During the summer holidays, we changed many versions of the program and tried our best to give everyone the best experience. There were some minor problems during the preparation process, but they were solved smoothly. I would like to thank all teachers and students for their support of this psychological activity! From this planning experience, I learned a lot about event planning, how to cope with emergencies during the event, and enhanced my communication skills. All in all, thank you very much for this activity.

I am very happy to be a volunteer at the Psychological Festival this time, and I am also very happy to host the debate competition with others. When I presided over the activities, the active cooperation and liveliness of my classmates made me deeply realize the significance of the existence of the Psychological Festival. While relaxing properly, you can also gain unexpected new knowledge. What impressed me most in the debate was Mr. Chris's speech after the debate, which sublimated the theme of the whole debate and made the Psychology Festival more meaningful. As a volunteer, I also saw the hardships of the main planners. I believe they also benefited a lot from this activity, and I am very happy to participate in this activity.

I mainly helped to set up the venue and guide the students to the activities, I was mainly active in the IE killing program, this game I think is very creative, so the debate is combined with the popular MBTI personality test, very novel and interesting, the students are also very active interaction, we are also very happy, although there were many emergencies on the way, we all work together to solve the problem, the festival is also considered to be a success!
