在这里学什么？ **Building Surveyors look at building pathology, focusing on refurbishment, reuse, development, restoration, repair, and conservation. As our growing cities adapt to the changing needs of the 21st century, our RICS-accredited BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree could open up a rewarding future.**Providing a gateway to professional status, our Building Surveying course will advance your knowledge through a series economic, legal, technical design and management modules. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and developed in consultation with industry, you’ll be educated to the highest professional standards.Through this course, led by international experts, you’ll gain a comprehensive knowledge base. You’ll learn about the construction industry and its legal and regulatory framework. You’ll explore the relationship between a building and its internal and external environments. You’ll recognise how to diagnose problems with existing buildings and be aware of conservation and regeneration.Learning takes place in our Peel Park campus, minutes from buzzing Manchester, a property and construction hotspot recently voted the UK’s most liveable city.* Mirroring the collaborative real-world, you’ll complete projects and problem-solving activities alongside Salford’s other built environment students. 为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants with a graduation certificate from a specialised college or school (zhongzhuan) with a final grade of 60% or above will be considered for the International Foundation Year. Applicants who have completed the huikao (senior secondary school) with a final grade of 60% or above will also be considered. Applicants who have completed three full years of high school and hold a senior secondary school graduation certificate with an overall minimum grade of 60% will be considered for undergraduate study. Applicants who hold a dazhaun qualification with a score of 60% or above will be considered for advanced entry on relevant undergraduate programmes if appropriate modules have been studied. Applicants who have achieved ACC/BCC/BC in graded units on their SQA-HND programme will be considered for final year entry on selected undergraduate business programmes. We require IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.
