It is ideal if you’re returning to education or seeking to develop your career in a new direction.This foundation year pathway provides unified training in construction, surveying and design techniques and meets the prerequisites for the BSc (Hons) Real Estate Surveying degree. With the full undergraduate degree you'll gain knowledge of the economic, legal, technical and managerial aspects of property and real estate. A gateway to professional status, our BSc (Hons) Real Estate Surveying course is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), so you'll be educated to the highest industry standards.Real estate surveyors have an extensive understanding of the property industry, and confidently display their professional knowledge to clients. Our Asset Management pathway focuses on the key industry processes involved, and the strategic management techniques used by professionals, to build a lucrative career in industry. During year two, you will be introduced to specific topics, including property law, property asset management and urban regeneration. 为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants with a graduation certificate from a specialised college or school (zhongzhuan) with a final grade of 60% or above will be considered for the International Foundation Year. Applicants who have completed the huikao (senior secondary school) with a final grade of 60% or above will also be considered. Applicants who have completed three full years of high school and hold a senior secondary school graduation certificate with an overall minimum grade of 60% will be considered for undergraduate study. Applicants who hold a dazhaun qualification with a score of 60% or above will be considered for advanced entry on relevant undergraduate programmes if appropriate modules have been studied. Applicants who have achieved ACC/BCC/BC in graded units on their SQA-HND programme will be considered for final year entry on selected undergraduate business programmes. We require IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.
