在这里学什么？ **Real estate surveyors have an extensive understanding of the property industry, working across business and personal property as they analyse the viability of developments whilst pioneering more sustainable building methods. Asset strategy and property valuation are at the heart of this course, preparing you for a lucrative career in this fast-paced sector.** A gateway to professional status, BSc Real Estate Surveying (Asset Management) is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), so you’ll be educated to the highest industry standards. 75% of academics teaching on the course are members of RICS, with 50% still in practice, so you’ll be taught by leaders in the profession. Our course combines academic theory with professional skills to provide you with a strong foundation of knowledge surrounding the property surveying sector. You will study the law and regulation, valuation principles and environmental services before learning about planning viability, legislation impacting valuations, and the decisions which affect asset management. There will be several opportunities to demonstrate your comprehensive skillset as you work alongside students across the built environment disciplines on live projects set by our industry partners. We work closely with industry to ensure you’re equipped with the professional, technical and collaborative skills required to establish and develop a career in this industry. With our Peel Park campus a short distance from Manchester city centre, we’re at the heart of one of the largest property and construction sectors outside of London, highlighting the opportunities available to you once you graduate. **Industrial Placement Option**If you are studying full-time, you'll have the option to take an industrial placement year between years two and three. Although you will be responsible for securing your own placement, we will assign you a placement tutor to monitor your progress and assess your final placement report.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants with a graduation certificate from a specialised college or school (zhongzhuan) with a final grade of 60% or above will be considered for the International Foundation Year. Applicants who have completed the huikao (senior secondary school) with a final grade of 60% or above will also be considered. Applicants who have completed three full years of high school and hold a senior secondary school graduation certificate with an overall minimum grade of 60% will be considered for undergraduate study. Applicants who hold a dazhaun qualification with a score of 60% or above will be considered for advanced entry on relevant undergraduate programmes if appropriate modules have been studied. Applicants who have achieved ACC/BCC/BC in graded units on their SQA-HND programme will be considered for final year entry on selected undergraduate business programmes. We require IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.
