在这里学什么？ Our Automotive Materials degree combines the core elements of materials engineering with specific training of relevance to the automotive industries. Selected modules are taught in conjunction with the Department of Aeronautical and Automotive Engineering.Backed by all sectors of the automotive and transport industries, this is the definitive course to prepare you for a career in an important industrial world market.The Automotive Materials degree utilises the resources and expertise for which Loughborough University is a Centre of Excellence (and is recognised as such by BAE Systems, Jaguar Land Rover, Ford Motor Company, and Rolls-Royce, as well as by national research and education leaders in materials and automotive engineering). It offers a special blend of materials engineering knowledge linked to an appreciation of vehicle and engine design, plus management skills and the international awareness that is required of professional engineers.**What's the difference between MEng and BEng?**The first two years of the BEng and MEng Automotive Materials degree share the same content, format and structure, with a good mix of theory, application and practical content from day one. The MEng differs from the BEng course by offering the opportunity to study technical and management topics at a more advanced level.It is possible to transfer from a BEng to an MEng from the commencement of the course up to the end of the second year providing that the transfer progression criteria have been met.

为来自中国的学生设计 AAB (excluding General Studies, Critical Thinking, Communication and Culture and Citizenship Studies). In some circumstances we may ask applicants to achieve specific grades in certain subjects. While no specific A Level (or equivalent) subjects are required, we strongly prefer combinations drawn from traditional (academic) subjects to demonstrate a range of numerical, analytical and discursive abilities. These A Levels include: Ancient History, Biology, Classical Civilisation, Chemistry, Economics, English Language/Literature, Geography, Government and Politics, History, Languages (non-native), Law, Maths/Further Maths, Philosophy, Physics, Psychology, Religious Studies, Sociology and Statistics.
