在这里学什么？ **If you are interested in sustainable development and planning, if you want a career in a new, developing and challenging area, and want to improve the environmental performance of organisations or help to mitigate global climate change then BSc (Hons) Environmental Management is for you.**Environmental Management is about understanding science and its relationship with the environment. You will learn how organisations perceive the environment and the important considerations necessary for them to invest in improving their performance. Fieldwork is a key element of the programme and field trips are aligned with the specialist modules, allowing you to develop applied skills and gain practical experience. You may go on day trips to the Peak District and Yorkshire Dales, as well as residential field courses in Denmark or the European Alps. The majority of these trips are free, with students only needing to pay a modest administration fee.Small group teaching is a beneficial feature of this course and there are strong links between course content and staff research interests. You will get all the support you need from friendly and accessible academic staff, along with weekly tutorials with your personal tutor. 为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants with a graduation certificate from a specialised college or school (zhongzhuan) with a final grade of 60% or above will be considered for the International Foundation Year. Applicants who have completed the huikao (senior secondary school) with a final grade of 60% or above will also be considered. Applicants who have completed three full years of high school and hold a senior secondary school graduation certificate with an overall minimum grade of 60% will be considered for undergraduate study. Applicants who hold a dazhaun qualification with a score of 60% or above will be considered for advanced entry on relevant undergraduate programmes if appropriate modules have been studied. Applicants who have achieved ACC/BCC/BC in graded units on their SQA-HND programme will be considered for final year entry on selected undergraduate business programmes. We require IELTS 6.0 (with a minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent.
