English is a global language with millions of people wanting to learn it. Teaching English is a truly rewarding and fulfilling career, and one which will enable you to travel widely and come into contact with other cultures. There’s an increasing demand for well-qualified TESOL professionals around the world and with our TESOL with Applied Linguistics you’ll be well-equipped to teach English to non-native speakers.

This postgraduate degree course gives you a thorough grounding in teaching methodology, classroom management, and an in-depth knowledge of lexis, grammar and phonology, and the way in which language is learned. It’ll also help you to develop the analytical and reflective skills you need to continue to develop as a professional.
