Our online MSc Food Safety Management course provides a fascinating and comprehensive focus on important areas of HACCP auditing, foodborne disease, food safety hazards and the effective management of food safety. It’s ideal if you are in the food industry, enforcement and education and want to develop your knowledge and skills in a food safety career.

Led by an enthusiastic team of researchers and renowned experts in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and food integrity, this course is delivered fully online and includes live webinars, full tutor support, online interactions with peers and access to up-to-date course materials.

Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to study specialist topics, develop essential transferable IT and communication skills, research project planning and management.
