在这里学什么？ **Course Overview**- Step into your own world of writing with our English Language and Creative Writing Foundation Entry course.- Our Foundation Entry degree courses are ideal if you’ve got the ability to study for a degree, but don’t have the necessary formal qualifications to directly join an honours programme. It’s a great stepping stone to a full degree.- You’ll learn the skills required for writing as a professional practice and try your hand at writing across a wide variety of genres, from poetry and drama to fiction and creative non-fiction.- You’ll study the development of English as a multicultural literary landscape, as well as key theories that explore the impact of race, gender, class, national identity and ethnicity on the production and reading of literary texts.**Why study with us**- Literature in English at the University is 1st in the North West and 2nd in the UK for academic support - National Student Survey (NSS) 2019.- Creative Writing at the University is ranked in the UK's top 20 - the Complete University Guide 2020.- You’ll access our Live Literature Room, where you’ll share your work with peers and attend events and literary readings from industry professionals.
