Whether you want to manage a restaurant, become a private chef or develop new food products, on this course you will learn the technical and professional skills you need for a career in culinary arts management.While studying, you will benefit from valuable hands-on experience, working with leading industry professionals. You will learn a range of kitchen and patisserie techniques as well as studying areas such as food microbiology, diet, nutrition and gastronomy.
